December 7,2007,- Haven from Hunger Team Assignments: Arrive by NLT , by 4:15 P.M. would be great, at 71 Wallis St., Peabody.

If you are unable to attend on the specified date, it is your responsibility to locate a replacement. Please inform the meal pickup person (Chief Entree Officer) of the change and the replacement of your assigned responsibility.     * President Grace Martins  conducted the meeting.

* Grace reminded everyone about  our Rotary after Hours social" on tuesday November 27th at Sylvan St Grill for 5-7pm. 

* Grace announced that Nicole Nelsen is our newest Board Member.

* Tom gave an update about the "Taste" Steve will have tickets next week.

* Our guest Speaker today was Franco Majok. Franko was originally from Sudan and is now a US citizen. Franko is helping his village in south Sudan to build a school and deliver releted services to people in his village of Wunlang. He has formed a 501(c) non-profit organization called Village Help for South Sudan. The Wunlang School Project is the first effort to deliver theses services.
