ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
Early result of the golf tournament are in! Despite having fewer golfer this year it looks like Rotary will net $4,800.00. Thanks you to Golf Committee Chair Bob Clattenberg and everyone who played and volunteered.
THE T206 CARD COLLECTION
We received great feedback Tom and Ellen Zappala presentation of the"The T206 Collection: The Players & Their Stories". The Zappala's are sending us a $40.00 check ($10/book they sold). If anyone is planning to purchase a book from their website please let them know you are from the Peabody Rotary and they will send us $10.00 for each book sold.
PEABODY MAYORAL CANDIDATES TO FORUM
On October 6, 2011, the Candidates for Mayor will square off at the Rotary's weekly breakfast meeting.
CONGRESSMAN JOHN TIERNEY TO SPEAK OCTOBER 20TH
Congressman John Tierney will be our guest at our October 20th breakfast meeting. If there are specific issues you would like the Congressman to address please contact Brian Cassidy as soon as possible. This is another good opportunity to bring potential members.

LORING MERROW'S RECLASSIFICATION SPEECH
Loring Merrow, our 2010-2011 Rotarian of the Year, will give his reclassification speech on November 10th.
RACHEL WILLIAMS TO SPEAK ON PAKISTAN
Rachel Williams District Literacy Program Coordinator and Ipswich Rotary Club International Chair will update the club on what our financial contributions to Pakistan have accomplished.
