*President Grace Martins conducted the meeting .
*Grace reported that her, Peg and Fred attended the weekend PETS meeting. Grace reported her goals for the up coming year. Grace wants to increase membership, be involved in foundation programs, youth exchange.,sponsor 2 Rotoplast.
* Grace will be hosting a student in september. Cathy will also host that student. If anyone is interested in being the 3rd host family please let Grace know.
*Grace talked about lunch assignments and the importance it is for every members particpation.
*Grace would like to regroup with the Board, holding monthly meetings, the last Tuesday of each month. There will be a board meeting after the meeting today.
* Peg registred 5 people in the District Assembly on April 4th.
*Peg Lyons from the Peabody/Lynnfield YMCA and Dick Berg were today's guest and are prospective new members.
*Dick presented the club a check for $200. from his "Taste" winnings.

* April 4th is the District Assembly. Learn more about Rotary and what we do. It is at the Ferncroft from 4-10pm. Let Grace know if you want to attend.
