Luncheon Meeting Team Responsibilities, Assignments and Monthly Themes:
Team Responsibilities:
-
Check the room to make sure that Spinelli's has set it up correctly. The flag has been left in the supply room a couple of times.
-
Meet and greet visiting Rotarians, speakers, guests, and prospective members when they enter.
-
If the Sgt. at Arms cannot make the meeting, support his/her efforts and volunteer to collect the Happy Dollars and fines for the Club. The Sgt. should make every effort to contact one of the monthly Team members to let them know he/she will not be at the meeting.
-
Sell 50/50 tickets.
-
Select someone from the Team who will give the Moment of Reflection.
-
Select a Rotary Minute to be given after the Moment of Reflection. It can be centered around the theme for the month. There is a wealth of information that can be found on the RI website to help you.
-
Make sure that you are familiar with your fellow Team members. If you are unable to make a meeting during your monthly responsibility, let your Team members know that you will not be there.
-
Any suggestions to help this process flow smoothly, please let the Club President know.
