SPECIAL NEW YEAR'S MESSAGE

Fellow Rotarians.

I would like to wish you and yours a happy healthy and prosperous new year. My work schedule has prevented me from being with you. Please know that I do miss you, the fellowship and yes even the usual complaining! You are in my thoughts and will be in my heart as I volunteer in Calcutta India for the next three weeks. Our VP Steve Morad will lead you until my return on January 28.

As we reach the half way mark of this Rotary year I find myself  evaluating my efforts as your President. Although there is much more still left to be done, I believe we have already accomplished some great tasks. I pledge to continue my efforts to serve you and lead the club with energy and compassion. I am committed to the success of our club and the impact we have on our community.

I look forward to working with you  in 2008 and ask for your continued support as we make Peabody an even greater club. I have faith and believe the next six months will be amazing, together we will reach our goals.

I challenge each Rotarian to give of themselves a little extra this year. Dare to do something different to help someone in need and see how you will be changed.

Warmest regards,

Grace Martins/President

It's easy to become a Rotary Sustaining member.  It's $100 per year, but Loring can bill you $25 per quarter.  That's $8.33 a month, or 28 CENTS a day, or a little over a penny an hour.

LET'S BECOME A 100% SUSTAINING MEMBER CLUB!!

1. IS IT THE TRUTH?   2. IS IT FAIR TO ALL CONCERNED?   3. WILL IT BUILD GOODWILL & BETTER FRIENDSHIP?   4. WILL IT BE BENEFICAL TO ALL CONCERNED?
