For the benefit of the Peabody Institute Library Children's Room
The successful evening fundraising event was held on Thursday, February 10, 2005 from 6 P.M. to 9 P.M. at the beautiful Allenhurst Restaurant on Rte. 114 in Danvers.
Over 300 enthusiastic supporters were in attendance to sample and enjoy the 15 local North Shore restaurants and caterers that served their unique specialities.
The room was filled with the excited winners of the numerous door prizes that were given away, as well as those that participated in both the silent and live auctions that were taking place thoughout the evening.
The Rotary Club of Peabody and the children of Peabody extend a sincere thank you to all who participated by attending, by buying a raffle ticket, or buy participating in the silent and live auctions.
The children of the City of Peabody, who utilize the Children's Room at the Peabody Institute Library, are the beneficiaries of the successful evening.
