Peabody Institute Library Children's Room Dedication

On the 100th Anniversary of Rotary International, February 23, 2005, the Rotary Club of Peabody held its weekly meeting at the Peabody Institute Library to celebrate the completion of its Centennial Project, the renovation of the Peabody Institute Library Children's Room. Rotary Clubs around the world were asked to perform a project which would benefit the children in the communities in which they reside. This is the project by the Rotary Club of Peabody. The organizationheld a very successful fundraising event, Taste of the North Shore, featuring local restaurants and caterers, to pay for the project on Thursday, March 3rd, 6 PM to 9 PM, at the Allenhurst on Rte. 114, Danvers, MA.
